Unhygienic room Stained bedsheets Every wall has seepage because of seepage dampness and smell in room Not at all a three star,it should be rated as 1 or 2 star The onqly gud thing is location else room is very bad stale and are very bad condition . No charging switch is working Electric fittings are losse and dangerous. Overall I can suggest you not to book room here .

. Worst experience of life. I stayed in this hotel on 2nd and 3 rd October. Paid Rs 11200/- for two rooms in Advance. Room number was 102 and 103. On reaching hotel very surprised to see the rooms. Foul smell all over owner very rude. Poor quality bedding and washrooms full of filthy smell. All over seepage in rooms. No kettle no fridge no water bottle. Expensive third quality food. No option for check out as all hotels were fully booked due to long weekend. My family holiday was ruined. Very terrible experience

Poor Management through crucial coronovirus crisis

I booked this hotel from the 14/04/20 - 16/04/20, 2 rooms as I was intending to travel to India with my family. Due to the current coronavirus crisis there is a travel ban in place for visitors as announced by the Government of India. I had booked 4 other hotels which I successfully managed to cancel. This hotel is not cooperating at all & being very rigid that under no circumstances the booking will be cancelled. I tried checking September dates but they are charging me the fare difference which is roughly the same amount that I initially paid for my bookings. This is a very poor Customer Service & non cooperative attitude of the hotel at this time of crisis. Tha manager Mr Puneet Nalwa is also very unprofessional as he doesn't reply to the emails or respond to the phone calls.

DONOT BOOK THROUGH OYO.. Worst experience.

I visited This hotel with my family of four. On arrival we were told that our booking will not be honored as we had booked through OYO and since OYO had not paid the hotel it's dues they are not honouring the bookings in which payment is done in advance. After almost 2hrs of harassment we finally got the rooms (Courtesy the hotel staff especially Mr. Pradeep, special thanks to him as I was traveling with Senior Citizens). Overall the hotel is a good one with courteous and helpful staff. But please book this hotel directly and not from this third party OYO which can lead you to unnecessary harassment on arrival. These 3 stars I am giving only for the hotel staff behaviour and location of the hotel as it is right on the Mall road.
